Swinging good times

One of my favourite activities with Yeye is going to the Bishan Park! Yeye would let me sit in a swing I'll be having a swinging good time all the way man! Yeye said it took him a few tries before I wasn't afraid. Now, whenever I see a playground, I'll scream excitedly! Three cheers for the one who invented swings!

New mission, always possible

I was drinking water happily when a spectacular idea struck me! You know, the kind that has a light bulb above your head when you suddenly have a creative or an idea that belongs only to genius?!??! Yup, it struck me that I hadn't try exploring UNDER the dining table at Papa's house yet. So that great amazing day, as I was drinking (no wonder Mama always says, "Water's good for you..." Now I know why!) I just went under it.
Papa tried to arrest me. But I was too strong for him! Papa, you need to pump up your muscles!

So he relented and I was left to yet accomplish my great new mission! Yeah!

Artist at work

Papa and Mama bought me this aqua doodle. Just need water in the marker and I can doodle my time away! When I'm done, it'll dry by itself and I can start all over again! Incredible! Mama thinks the inventor is genius. No mess, non toxic and fun for my age.

My first masterpiece!
I grabbed the marker the moment Papa showed me how to draw. I didn't even wait for him to finish. Noticed I use more of my right hand? Mama says will wait a few more years to determine which hander am I.

I'm very multi-task. I can hold a picture card and doodle at the same time. And mind you, I will notice it if you try to grab the card away from me, ya?! So don't mess around with me!

Mama's birthday--splashing good time!

Went for a swim at Safra Club, Mt Faber with Papa and Mama to celebrate my lovely Mama's birthday. They were praying hard that it would not be a wasted trip because the 1st time I went, they spent only 5 mins in the water and had to get up and change. I was crying badly then. The crowd, cold water and noise were affecting me.

This time, they were glad I could play in the water for about 40 mins! I had a splashing good time. I made a new friend in the pool. She was only 1 month younger than me. I was fine playing on my own, but she kept coming to take my favourite watering can. her parents had a hard time distracting her away.

Mama wanted me to share. But that was my security toy at the moment. So must respect my privacy, right?! If not, at normal times, I would share.

I was also fascinated by the mini water fountain. Loitered around it to watch other kids played. Then after a while, with Papa by my side, I was able to go near it and had a great time trying to catch the water! Strange, I don't seem to be able to catch it all the time! I learnt something....water is not solid!

Water play is so much fun. I learn many new things and concepts (though I may not consciously know now), and gained a different arena of experience. What a great time I had!

Mama was happy as long as she knew I enjoyed my day and we all had a great family time. I was co-operative too. I slept after my dinner and my dear parents could enjoy their dinner at Swensen's, Vivo City in peace and love.....mmmmm....

Happy Birthday, Mama! I love you!
